Sport specific progression training that offers 3 new classes weekly to include Pilates, Interval -Circuit Training and Yoga. New Cardio workouts and Physio exercises weekly keep you mobile and moving!

The strategies learned in this course are what give athletes the ability to focus during training to achieve maximum results. They aren't rocket science but they are science backed to get results!

Fitness outline

The intention of this program is to develop muscle strength, cardio endurance, core connection, and functional fluid movement all in a progressive and safe platform that peaks athletes. Each instructor has designed their disciplines to prepare the body for paddling come spring 2021. This specifically means building a strong and functioning core and creating patterns of alignment, movement, and agility that is healthy and functional. Our team of instructors are working together to implement a progression plan that delivers a safe and effective form of training to get you from couch to the podium.

The course provides flexibility in workout duration and as such trusts you work to your maximum potential. You will find:

  • 30 and 60 minute workouts so you can choose whatever session works for you that week
  • Recorded workouts so you can train on your schedule
  • Minimal equipment required
  • Train in the comfort of your home
  • 4 disciplines weekly  to do as many or little as you wish
  • Ample recovery sessions for rest week
  • Opportunity to do the session of choice on rest week
  • Choose workouts in the order that works for your schedule
