This program was created from a dragon boaters perspective and developed by Coach Anna Mathisen to help us paddlers get the answers to the questions we may have about training in an OC1.
We will tackle the obstacles that may have stopped us from doing an OC1 time trial required to try out for club crews or national teams.
Our goal is to provide you with the concrete tools and necessary skills you can implement immediately to help you move past the blocks that can hold you back.

This program is designed for individual paddlers to do at their own pace and time!
You will need the following. Each item is listed in module one of the program and purchase details provided: access to water, an OC1 and paddle, a PFD, a tempo trainer, a yoga block, a resistance band, and a GPS watch or tracker.
Mentor calls are only available during the promotion period as they are a promotional offer. However, we may periodically invite participants to join workshop calls! Please watch your inbox.
We use Zoom as the platform to join the meetings and where we record. You can join zoom from your browser or download the app. You will be emailed the link prior to the mentor call date. If you cannot join live the calls are recorded and the recording sent via email following the call.
