Get all 3 progression plans for the price of 2. Level 1, 2 and 3. Here are the level descriptions:
LEVEL 1 PADDLERS: This water progression is for beginner, novice or seasonal paddlers who only paddle and do NOT participate in any other programs to prepare for the upcoming water season. They may be new to paddling or are return paddlers and have paddling experience. As such, there is very basic technical coaching with the end goal of doing a 500M race at the end of 10 sessions. It is important for coaches to keep the team mandate in mind during practices and working within the teams goals.
LEVEL 2 PADDLERS: This water progression is for paddlers who may participate in seasonal paddle programs to prepare for the upcoming water season. They may be new to paddling or are return paddlers and have paddling experience. As such, there is technical coaching that will prepare paddlers to do a 200M and 500M race at the end of 10 sessions.
LEVEL 3 PADDLERS: This water progression is for paddlers who participate in seasonal team or club paddling programs to prepare for the upcoming water season. This training may attract paddlers new to the sport if recruiting for nationals. No experience is required. However, base fitness or participation in the club programs is suggested. This technical coaching will prepare paddlers to do a 200M, 500M, 1000M and 2000M race at the end of 10 sessions.
