Copy of RPE18 Progression Check In

This is the time to check in with the warmup speed and distance.

  1. Do the RPE18 pieces as laid out
  2. Use the exact SPM (strokes per minute) as the previous weeks of RPE18 training
  3. After one minute track the distance covered and the travel speed of the boat
  4. Notice any increases in either speed or distance
  5. See how long this new rate or speed is held for
  6. Both or either is an indication of progression
  7. Share with the team!
