THE FITNESS PROGRAM

IMPLEMENT A FITNESS ROUTINE

Sport specific progression training that offers 3 new classes weekly to include Pilates, Interval -Circuit Training and Yoga. New Cardio workouts and Physio exercises weekly keep you mobile and moving!

 

Our team of instructors are working together to implement a progression plan that delivers a safe and effective form of training to get you from couch to the podium (if you choose). Each program has options to work as hard or as easy as you choose. You are in control of your end goals, we provide the plan to reach them! The aim is to provide the training that instills confidence. Confidence is built through progression that is measured and monitored. Bottom line: you do the work and leave your training up to us!

 

The course provides flexibility in workout duration and as such trusts you work to your maximum potential. You will find:

  • 30 and 60 minute workouts so you can choose whatever session works for you that week
  • Recorded workouts so you can train on your schedule
  • Minimal equipment required
  • Train in the comfort of your home
        •  
  • Ample recovery sessions for rest week
  • Opportunity to do the session of your choice on rest week
  • Choose workouts in the order that works for your schedule
  • 4 disciplines each week so you can choose to do as many or little as you wish
