Login is located at the top right hand corner of the website page.

All course content and workouts are available for the month. Once that month is complete you are progressed through the program and content of the previous month is no longer available. Please download your books when you receive them to avoid losing the material.

Progression is trigger by watching the videos. Please ensure you have completed each workout and course video to progress to the next week. Go back and advance yourself by doing the work!

No. But they do need to be done to progress.

Course materials are released weekly. It will be available on the date indicated.

Log out of your account and log back in to find the “forgot password” on the registration page. Click it and follow the prompts.

Unfortunately, no. All course materiel and books are only available for download within the month they are released. Please email the administrator to receive your download.

Unfortunately you will only have access to the workouts within the month you join. Training is set for progression and moving participants forward.

Course material is available on the week within the month it is released. It is available for the entire month so please be sure to download the previous weeks material. If you need assistance please email the administrator for your previous lessons.

Navigation and weekly lesson content is found from the course page. From your profile click on the course itself. This brings up your courses and workout program options. Use the drop down arrows to see each weekly workouts or module.

This program has a security feature that allows access from 2 devices.

Content is restricted to remain inside the course including videos for security purposes. PDF books are downloadable. 

Workouts are removed from access after the months end. You have 4 weeks in that month to do the workouts and then you progress to the next.

Participants are not limited but mentor calls may be scheduled for small groups. Your coach will email you should this be applicable to your session.

Yes. You will however be scheduled into a cohort for mentor calls in the next session date.

This program is designed for individual paddlers to do at their own pace and time!

You will need the following. Each item is listed in module one of the program and purchase details provided: access to water, an OC1 and paddle, a PFD, a tempo trainer, a yoga block, a resistance band, and a GPS watch or tracker. 

We use Zoom as the platform to join the meetings and where we record. You can join zoom from your browser or download the app. You will be emailed the link prior to the mentor call date. If you cannot join live the calls are recorded and the recording sent via email following the call.
